1. Acceptance of terms

Selxodi SpA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with modifications becoming effective upon their publication on the Site.

Selxodi operates as an informational platform about real estate crowdlending in Chile. The Site provides general information about the collective investment model in real estate projects, including its operation, advantages, and the regulatory context in Chile. The information presented on the Site is informational and educational in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. User requirements
To use the Site, you declare that: you are at least 18 years of age or of legal age in your jurisdiction; you provide truthful and up-to-date information when using our contact forms; you will not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent purposes, or purposes that infringe third-party rights; and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Chile.

Before making any investment, we recommend consulting with an independent financial advisor duly registered with the CMF. Selxodi SpA assumes no responsibility for investment decisions made by users.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the city of Santiago de Chile, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selxodi SpA, its directors, employees, and agents, from any claim, demand, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of third-party rights.
